Place cookie dough in spoonfuls on cookie sheet (lightly sprayed with no-stick spray if you want these babies to slide right off), like so:
Take cookies out of 350-degree'd oven after sometime between 11 and 12 minutes, like so:

I think you're hiding some sort of secret step that makes them turn out right because I do exactly all those steps and they still don't turn out like yours!

I've been getting my mum to bring vanilla over with her when she visits. Maybe I should be hopping over the border and getting some there instead.
I was a lucky recipient of these fabulous cookies and they are Mm-Mmm good. Matt and I ate 2 dozen in a week. Not so great for the waistline!
