1 1/2 tsp baking soda

one package semi-sweet chocolate chips

Whilst my directions to myself read, "350 degrees, 12 minutes or less... play it by ear, champ!" I realize you, dear readers, may want more details. So here goes:

A great pic of Dave and Danny!! I've added it as a background for my office computer...everyone will wonder who he is. I'll tell them he is my daughter's spoiled dog! Your blog takes me back to your elementary school days and all the fun books/stories you wrote.

I think you're hiding some sort of secret step that makes them turn out right because I do exactly all those steps and they still don't turn out like yours!

ooh, those look good...

I've been getting my mum to bring vanilla over with her when she visits. Maybe I should be hopping over the border and getting some there instead.

I was a lucky recipient of these fabulous cookies and they are Mm-Mmm good. Matt and I ate 2 dozen in a week. Not so great for the waistline!
Leslie, your ability to turn the mundane task of cookie making into comedy gold only reinforces the idea that you should be writing a sitcom about your lives.
